Chicken spaghetti Recipe is an ideal food and when mixed with vegetables can be a very healthy meal. Suitable for most Diets.

Kale is a member of the cabbage family. Consider by some as a wild cabbage and a great veg to add to all theses chicken spaghetti Recipe.

  5. Also the cheese and cream I use in my recipes can be changed for more healthy options. And although not as tasty as full fat cheese low fat cheese and reduced fat can still be used to make a nice meal.

Chicken and Cheese Pasta

1Kg of Chicken
2 teaspoons of Olive oil
1 oz Chicken broth
250 grams Cheese; cubed
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Black pepper
100 grams Parmesan cheese Angel hair pasta

In a large skillet, stir fry chicken in oil until crisp and tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Add the broth, cheese, thyme, and pepper to the pan. Whisk until creamy. Return the broccoli to the pan, stir to coat, and remove for the heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta until tender. Drain and add to the broccoli mixture. Toss to combine.


1 lb Sundried tomatoes — packed In oil
With 1/4 cup of oil — from Jar
1 lb Feta cheese — crumbled
2 bn Fresh cilantro or parsley — Coarsely chopped
8 oz Angel hair pasta
Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cook pasta till al dente, the drain and toss with sauce. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8 as appetizer or side dish.

Broccoli and Angel Hair Pasta

1 kg bacon
1 lb Angel hair pasta
1 ea Garlic elephant head
1/2 c Margarine or butter
Olive oil
Crushed red pepper
Parmesan cheese
White pepper
Cut broccoli into small pieces. Chop elephant head garlic into small pieces. Place bacon in a microwave safe container. Add about 1/4 cup water. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Check for doneness. Want to keep broccoli a little crisp. While broccoli is cooking, cook angel hair pasta until slightly firm. Drain. Melt the stick of butter in the pan you cooked angel hair in. Add angel hair back to pan and toss to coat pasta. Add bacon and toss lightly. Pour some olive oil in a small frying pan. Add chopped garlic and some crushed red pepper. Brown garlic. Garlic will clump together when done. Pour over pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Can add some white pepper if desired. Toss until well mixed.

Chicken Noodle StewBasic Stew


1 1/2 lb Boneless Chicken chuck
1 c Stock 
3/4 c Onions, chopped 
1/2 tb Garlic cloves, crushed 

Variation:


3 c Beef stock 
1/2 c Water 
1/4 c Oyster sauce; or black bean 
16 oz Mixed vegetables; NOT thawed 
8 oz Capellini; thin spaghetti 
sl Green onions; for garnish 
You may substitute lamb or pork shoulder for the Chicken. Use Chicken stock for beef, chicken stock for pork or lamb.

Basic stew: Trim meat of fat and cut into 1-1/2″ chunks. Bring all ingredients to boil in 4-qt pot, cover tightly, reduce heat, and simmer 2-1/2 hours, until meat is tender. slow cooker directions: pile all ingredients into slow cooker and cook all day on LOW. When done: skim off and discard fat.

To assemble: heat basic stew, stock, water, and oyster sauce in 4-qt pot over medium heat until boiling gently. Stir in vegetables. Cook 5 minutes, until thawed and hot. Add pasta and, stirring almost constantly, cook 3 minutes, until pasta is firm but tender and stock is thickened.
