Ingredients:  Chicken Bacon Ranch casserole Recipes

2 boneless chicken breast halves, cubed 1 cup bacon
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
6 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
12 oz cream cheese
6 Tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Pat boneless skinless chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and then cube the chicken breast , chop red bell pepper.  Heat oil in medium skillet over a medium heat and add chicken and peppers.  Sauté until cooked thoroughly.

In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to the boil.  Add uncooked pasta and fresh broccoli, and boil for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is at the “al dente” stage and broccoli is tender, drain.

Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, melt butter but be careful not to burn it.  Add Bacon , then Add cream cheese, cook over medium heat to melt cream cheese, stirring frequently until smooth and creamy.  Stir in milk, add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.  Simmer over low or medium heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly, until thickened.

Add chicken and peppers to alfredo sauce mixture, simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Either mix together with the fettuccine or serve over fettuccine and broccoli individually and top with parmesan cheese.
